Genre: Action, Adventure, Indie, Massively Multiplayer, Strategy
Developer: Scavengers Studio
Publisher: Scavengers Studio
Release Date: 17 Jan, 2018 (Open Beta Release), Full release date TBA
Darwin Project is a new Battle-Royale style game with survival elements. This game actually is a tv show and gave me the same feeling as The Culling back in the days before the developers ruined that game. But what a game it is!
You will enter a cold world with 9 other players (and one show host)where you have to scavenge wood, leather and more to craft your gear. But also make a campfire to stay warm. The goal is to be the last man standing. But be smart cause the cold will hurt you a lot! So buckle up, stay warm and survive!
The gameplay is so intense cause you have the feeling to be hunted all the time!
It is good to see a new Battle-Royale game which has a new twist to it after all those almost the same Battle-Royale style games like H1Z1, Pubg and Fortnite.
The graphics for this game are actually quite good and I love the setting where this game is placed in!
+ A battle-royale style with a completely new twist to it
+ Very easy to learn
+ The graphics are good
+ The music and sound effects are good
+ The game runs very smooth
+ Very addictive
+ I could se this grow in a new main game on my live stream
– No release yet
– Some bugs and glitches (But hey it is in open beta)
I am so hyped for this game right now. If it lives up to my expectations right now this could be the game of the year for me in 2018 (even though we are very early in this year haha). This game has some thrilling excitement and for once I am not shit in a battle-royale game!
I am just very curious in how this game will develop and I just can’t wait to play this game more on my stream!
9.5/10 This game is so addictive, fun and a complete new twist has given to the populair battle-royale genre. Be sure to check it out!
